Our Expertise

Founded in 1993, Civil Survey Consultants is a locally owned civil engineering and land surveying firm specializing in transportation, and municipal, and development projects.

Transportation

Since our inception in 1993, we have provided professional engineering and surveying services on hundreds of projects for the Ada County Highway District (ACHD) ranging in size from small concrete repair projects to reconstruction of over a mile of arterial roadway. Other transportation clients include the Nampa Highway District, City of Nampa, Capital City Development Corporation (CCDC) and Meridian Development Corporation (MDC).

Municipal

CSC has been providing professional engineering and land surveying services to a wide range of Municipal clients in the Treasure Valley since 1993. Over that time we have demonstrated that, even though we are a small firm, we are capable of providing high quality designs on projects ranging from Municipal wells to parking facilities to sewer and water line rehabilitation projects.

development

CSC has designed multiple residential communities tallying over 3000 homesites in the Treasure Valley and beyond. Professional services include boundary and topographic surveys, legal descriptions, easement preparation, planning stage assistance, preliminary platting, construction documents and inspection and final platting.

land surveying

CSC has provided professional land surveying services to the treasure valley since 1993. Under the direction of a professional land surveyor registered in the State of Idaho, CSC performs boundary, ALTA and topographic surveying as well as legal descriptions, property line adjustments, splits, records of survey and more.
